Build: Short, stocky, and softened by age and gentle living.
Hair: Long, wispy, and greying. There is a soft violet hue to the hair that suggests he has not always been charcoal-coloured.
Eyes: Soft and pale, periwinkle and primrose.
Other features: Heavy brows that get bushier each year, and a dusting of pale, freckled discolouration on his cheeks.

Brief History
Anything stated can be easily discovered with casual inquiry about the couple. Much more can be found in gossip rags over the decades, though the veracity is unconfirmed.Mimilori was a poor Royalist apprenticing at Frondale's Phrontistery when he met the handsome, jubilant third-in-line son to a wealthy Monetarist family, Jojonpa. They were married young, and together opened a shop of curiosities. Jojonpa's portion of the shop flitted from special interest to special interest, while Mimilori remained fairly consistent with his taxidermy. To him, it was an appreciation of the artistry of form and preservation, as well as embracing alternative methods of respecting the dead. The shop took many forms throughout the years, including 'Lightly Haunted Items' to 'Personal Effects of the Nearly Famous (and Infamous)' to 'Pet Portraits and Taxidermy'. It is rarely open since Jojonpa's passing at the end of last turn.Family
While Mimilori's family is mostly gone, Jojonpa's is large and thriving. They also had five children who have gone on to be quite productive as well, and the first great-grandchild was just born.

Comfort with the Dead | Mimilori has worked around corpses (developing many skills adjacent to such work) since he was young. Whether it was tending to gravesites, assisting morticians, studying beings long dead, or creating the facsimile of life with the form of death, he has never found the absence of life particularly terrifying. He is always excited to talk with any who feel similarly.

Ul'Dahn Native | Mimilori and his husband have lived in Ul'dah their entire lives, and most natives would be familiar with the old wealth of Jojonpa's line (even if they have never quite grown it enough to earn a seat on the Syndicate). They have ties to Frondale's Phrontistery, attended many society events as representatives of the family company (Amber Equity Firm), and were frequent figures at Milvaneth Sacrarium (Jojonpa was a worshipper of Nald) and Arzzaneth Ossuary (Mimilori worships Thal). They tithed generously their entire lives. Jojonpa was interred in one of the lowest levels of Erralig's Burial Chamber.

"Merchant" of Ul'dah | The shop of curiosities on Pearl Lane has been there for over 40 years. Some would use the term 'merchant' loosely for him, and have wondered how such a business could afford to keep a brick and mortar storefront in a city of limited footprint, even if its location is somewhat less than desirable. Some might even consider it suspicious that the storefront has never seemed to turn a profit. Perhaps connection to the long-standing investment company, Amber Equity Firm, has something to do with it.
